Coombe Lodge wedding
Nathan and Catherine decided to go for Coombe Lodge wedding. They were married recently in a beautiful ceremony at one of my favourite wedding venues.
Nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills, within the North Somerset & Bristol area, Coombe Lodge has breathtaking views across the Chew Valley. It is in a picturesque rural location yet easily accessible by road just a few miles from Bristol Airport. As a wedding venue, Coombe Lodge promises exclusive use of the house and gardens. It’s a tranquil oasis, ideal for wedding receptions and ceremonies.
Coombe Lodge extends wonderful views and backdrops for a classic affair, and Nathan and Catherine’s was nothing short of beautiful.
Currently living in New York, both Nathan and Catherine are originally from the UK and chose to honour their roots by coming home to celebrate their union. Luckily for me, their wedding was not the first time I had photographed them; I also captured their “graffiti” engagement session in Bristol.
There were lovely pops of blue and bronze throughout the day, with teal dresses and unique flowers and bracelets. Catherine looked stunning in her dress from Teokath of London and her make up by Cat Parnell. The couple chose Nina Bromham to sing them through the day and into the evening.
It was a wonderful celebration, with guests flying in from all over the world. After incredible hilarious speeches, there was a beautiful sunset that afforded gorgeous evening shots of the newlyweds and their guests.
It was a truly lovely wedding day to be a part of, and I wish Nathan and Catherine all the best in their lives together.
