Hi! I’m Martin Dabek and I’m a UK based destination wedding photographer. Over the years I was lucky enough to be an Algarve wedding photographer on many occasion and I just can’t get enough. I love returning to shoot weddings in The Algarve and I really fell in love with its stunning beaches, picturesque fishing villages and glorious climate. In fact, it’s one of the very few places in Europe where you can have a sunny outdoor ceremony in Wintertime!

As an experienced Algarve wedding photographer, my approach on the day itself is simple. First of all, I capture the day in a relaxed and natural style that produces beautiful, informal and emotional images. For me, although mainly for you, it is important that you spend your wedding day primarily with your guests, and not with me!

I would be there to capture all the important moments – and moments between the moments – without you even noticing me. To sum up I just let you get on with having a fabulous day.

Algarve is the biggest and most important Portuguese tourist region and its a perfect place to get married. The choice of wedding venues is very vast and every couple would find something to suits their needs.

If you are after a beach wedding then you should check out Ilha Deserta (O Estamine) which is the only deserted island of the entire Algarve and it truly is a magnificent location for your beach wedding. The sand and sea are exceptionally clean and the beach goes on for many kilometres.

If you a fan of vineyard wedding than please check out Quinta Dos Vales (Estômbar). This beautiful wine estate is located in the heart of the Algarve and offer several spaces where you can hold your wedding ceremony.

How about a romantic Algarve Castle wedding? If you always dreamt about Castle wedding than Palácio de Estoi (Estoi) is a perfect choice for you. This Rococo palace with French and Italian elements has a pink and blue colour, which makes for a breathtaking wedding shoot and ceremony backdrop.

Another popular choice is getting hitched in one of the many stunning Algarve’s hotels, like Suites Alba Resort & Spa in Lagoa, where you can have your ceremony at the top of the cliffs of the secluded Albandeira beach. Another hotel worth mentioning is Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa, where I photograph on regular basis.
