Crowcombe Court wedding – Amanda & Paul
Crowcombe Court Wedding Photographer
It was my second time as Crowcombe Court wedding photographer. Crowcombe Court is standing proudly at the edge of Quantock Hills in Somerset. The magnificent house at Crowcombe Court was built in the 1730s in the English Baroque style from beautiful amber coloured bricks with Bath stone for the pilasters and frontispiece. It is an enchanting and delectable place where joyous memories are engraved in the building’s history.
Such memories were created by Amanda and Paul on their wedding day. I started the day with Paul and the groomsmen in the village pub; after that, the boys headed to the Church of the Holy Ghost where the couple chose to have their wedding ceremony. Photographing the last touches of preparing for the big day, I followed the bride and bridesmaids from Crowcombe Court to the church.
Wedding at Crowcombe Court
The vintage decorations added to the Edwardian theme of the wedding whilst the vibrant colours illuminated the scenery. The bride wore a mesmerisingly beautify dress with delicate pearl touches from Bridal Emporium. I photographed the most diminutive detail including the moment when the couple gazed into each other’s eyes their hearts brimmed to the full with happiness – thrills of elation swept through the church as the couple said their “I do’s.
